Children’s Harbor will provide a maximum of three units of service per day, with a minimum of two therapeutic activities per day (min. of one hour of direct face-to-face service per day). Family counseling, either in person or by telephone, will occur at least once per week to update the family on weekly progress. The QMHP will complete a comprehensive Individualized Service Plan within 30 days of service initiation.
