  • Child Care Voucher Program Access— Have a family in crisis? You may be eligible to help them seek an emergency voucher for up to 2-weeks of tuition assistance.

How Can I Become a Member?

If you are a home provider who is already enrolled in the Children’s Harbor USDA Adult and Child Food Program, you receive a complimentary membership. If you are a parent, a student, a child care provider, or an early child care center, you can complete a membership application right here. You will receive a confirmation letter with a membership card.

Interested in joining the CH-PPC Membership? Complete the membership form and follow directions for remittance of payment.

Parent / Student—$20.00 Individual Provider—$25.00 Center / Organization—$60.00

Once your Membership is processed, you will receive a membership card… & let your savings begin!
