Entrepreneur, financial educator, and community advocate, only child of Miss Dolly Eason grew up in very humble beginnings. A Chesapeake Native, Serena is the true definition of an entrepreneur! She is the mother of Shamaiyh Williams (16) who fueled her desire to start her first business endeavor Heavenly Hearts Day Care a 5-star rated in home childcare facility that has been in business over 9 years. Her passion for building strong educational foundations for children was the catalyst for United Credit Doctors of America a holistic financial education company that allowed her to use the skills she developed in the early childhood arena to educate adults on having healthy finances with a special focus on credit. Serena is able to take any financial topic and break it down to the point that an elementary school student could understand and this is one of the reasons why her clients love her.
Her hobbies include singing, cooking, traveling, and volunteering. She loves spending time with her family and one of her favorite games to play is bridge.
Something people do not know about Serena… in November of 2009 she was the director of the Tidewater Community College Gospel Choir where she received the title of “Best Community College Choir Director.
One of her favorite quotes is from Fredrick Douglas: “For it is far easier to build strong children than to repair broken men.”
Words that she lives by is “Talk is cheap and life is expensive, so what are you going to do?”
